Wesley Moore, 25, showed no emotion as Baltimore County Circuit Judge James T. Smith Jr. sentenced him, but the victim’s widow sobbed quietly during the hearing.
“You committed an act like something out of the Wild West, and you didn’t even realize how outrageous it was,” Smith said. “That makes you a very dangerous person.”

The suspect was later located and taken into custody. He has been identified as 25-year-old Devon Darrel Scott of Baltimore. Scott has been charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault. He was released on $25,000 bail.
The victim reported to detectives that he was in the above area to buy a pair of shoes from a known acquaintance. During the encounter, shots were fired and the victim was struck. The victim also reported that his cell phone was taken during the altercation. No further information was provided about the incident. Detectives have determined that the incident was not random.
“The bitee actually got the better of him in the fist fight. After we broke them up is when he disclosed he’d been bitten in the testicles,” witness Thomas Bourne said.
White is a convicted armed robber who was available to continue his career as an armed robber and to allegedly shoot Cpl. Adams due to the inept former States Attorney of Anne Arundel County Anne Colt Leitess and the lenient sentencing of Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Judge North. The voters of Anne Arundel County replaced Leitess in last year’s election and installed Republican Wes Adams.
