Long Neck, DE- The Delaware State Police Sussex County Drug Unit has arrested five people after the culmination of a several month long investigation into the manufacturing of Methamphetamine (Meth) at a residence on Kings Lane

On Thursday December 11, 2014 at approximately 4:50 p.m., the Sussex County Drug Task Force (DTF) with the assistance of the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team (SORT), DNREC, and Indian River Fire Department responded to the 25813 Kings Lane, Enchanted Acres development in order to conduct a search warrant in response to an on-going investigation into the manufacturing of meth at the house. Upon arrival at the house, Anthony V. Dipentima, 28 of Millsboro, Bonnie A. Dipentima, 56 of Millsboro, Ashlyn A. Lippy, 28 of Millsboro, Savannah N. Shelton, 25 of Millsboro , and Robert S. Andell, 28 of Millsboro (Photo Attached-unshaven), were all taken into custody without incident. Upon conducting a search of the property, detectives located equipment and component mixtures of the manufacturing stages of Meth along with key ingredients in making the drug.

Eastern Shore Police Beat: Three banks robbed in just over 24 hours have cops running out of crime scene tape

SALISBURY, MD. — Bank robbers have been having their own shopping spree in just over 24 hours, robbing three lower Eastern Shore banks. The three banks which were robbed are located in Sharptown, Princess Anne and Salisbury.

The first was the BB & T in Princess Anne, early in the morning, the second and third took place on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014.

On Friday, December 12, 2014 at approximately 10:11 a.m. the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Hebron Savings Bank, located in Sharptown, Wicomico County, MD for a reported bank robbery.

The suspect then shot at the victim; however the gun misfired and the victim fled on foot. As the victim ran the suspect continued to shoot at him; one bullet struck a vehicle while a woman and a small child were sitting inside. The victim was able to hide in the woods and the suspect fled the area on foot.

On December 11, 2014, detectives identified a suspect in the case. Detectives located and arrested Torian Taylor Luckett, age 19, of Great Mill. Luckett was charged with Armed Robbery, Burglary 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree and Theft $1,000 to $10,000. Luckett was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and incarcerated under No Bond.

Trent Talley stole med transport vehicle, fled from police in three states before being deflated at McHenry tunnel – According to Westampton Township Police in New Jersey, on 12/11/2014 at 1448 hrs, The Westampton Twp Police were dispatched to 770 Woodlane Rd, Twin Oaks for the report of a motor vehicle theft that had just occurred. The suspect later identified as Trent S. Talley, 29, of Cinnaminson, approached a medical transport vehicle that was on location and threatened the vehicles driver by stating “Do you want to die today?”.

Mr. Talley then forcibly entered the vehicle and left location, traveling through the townships of Westampton, Burlington , Florence and Bordentown via Route 295 North . Mr. Talley eventually got back onto the NJTP in Florence and fled from the New Jersey State Police after being given the signal to stop. Mr. Talley continued to elude the New Jersey State Police on the New Jersey Turnpike south bound into Delaware

Firetruck backing into Cape Saint Claire firehouse collapsed part of building when driver missed the barn door

Full service continues from the Cape Saint Claire Fire Station after a Thursday night collision involving a piece of fire apparatus caused substantial damage to the building. The station, located at 1411 Cape St. Claire Road, was damaged in a backing accident involving a 2012 Pierce Arrow Pumper/Tanker (designated as Engine 194).

Baltimore Police Beat: Old enough to commit armed robbery – old enough for prison

ARBUTUS, MD. — Baltimore County Police report that Wilkens/Precinct 1 detectives have charged two suspects in connection with a November 14 street robbery in Halethorpe.

•Brandon Anthony Fallon, 16, – Charged as an adult, of the 3200 block of Rosalie Road 21227 is charged with armed robbery and related charges. He was released on $50,000 bail.

•Michael George Kohl Jr., 16 – Charged as an adult, of the 900 block of Elm Road 21227 is charged with armed robbery and related charges. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $50,000 bail.
