Binge Drinking Death: Towson University Student Found Dead Following Evening of Boozing

TOWSON, MD. According to Baltimore County Police, at 11:38 p.m. Saturday night, Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to an apartment in the 300 block of East Joppa Road 21286. When Fire Department personnel arrived on the scene, they found an unresponsive 18-year-old woman.

Persons in the apartment told police that the woman had been drinking.

Murder USA: pair charged with attempted murder after administering parking lot beating

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim and the suspects became involved in an argument in the parking lot of Greek Village Carryout. During the argument, the suspects beat the victim with an unknown object.

Eastern Shore Police Beat: Wicomico Sheriff Mike Lewis reports Dawn Miller will face drug dealing charges

On 6 September 2014 a deputy from the Wicomico Sheriff’s Office took David Andrews into custody and transported him to the Wicomico Detention Center. Andrews was being sought on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he violated his probation in a Possession of Child Pornography case.

Andrews was detained without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Guest Commentary: What can we do?

Glen Mills School in Concordville, Pa. is a school for juvenile delinquents, but if one were to visit he would be amazed at the appearance of the students and the campus. It looks like the most prestigious prep school in the country and its sports teams do well in competition. The students will greet you with a handshake while looking you in the eyes. The classes are fantastic. This is the greatest example of what can happen with the proper leadership, guidance, and standards.
