JESSUP, MD. (Aug. 31, 2014) According to the Howard County Police, an inmate at the Howard County Detention Center in Jessup has been charged with solicitation to commit first-degree murder after attempting to coordinate a plan to have two people killed outside the jail.

Police say that on August 30, 2014, at about 6:45 am, Maryland-National Capital Park Police officers were called to the Anacostia River Trail for the report of an unconscious man. When they arrived, they found Brown suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver and front-seat passenger were pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver is being identified as Thomas Christopher Collier, age 32, of the unit block of Delta Court in Gaithersburg. The front-seat passenger is being identified as Daniel Lee Byron, age 26, of the same address.
The driver is being identified as Austin Donovan Hall, age 17, of the 3400 block of Tanterra Circle in Brookeville. He was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The front-seat passenger is being identified as Maxwell Elliott Dechter, age 17, of the 800 block of Lindsey Manor Lane in Silver Spring. He was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The rear-seat passenger is being identified as Shawn Richard Gangloff, age 15, of the 17600 block of Princess Anne Drive in Olney. He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say a manager found the woman suffering from traumatic injuries Sunday morning in the back stock area of the restaurant on Ritchie Highway. The woman was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say the woman worked at the restaurant on Saturday night. Police are investigating the death as a homicide, but it’s not clear when the incident occurred or what the motive was in the killing.

Severn, Md. According to Anne Arundel County Police on August 29, 2014 at approximately 11:59 P. M., officers from Western District responded to the 8500 Blk. of Pioneer Dr. Severn, Md. 21144 for the report of a stabbing that had just occurred.
Upon arrival officers learned that the 30 year old male victim had been involved in an altercation with the below suspects. At one point during the altercation, the victim was stabbed multiple times by the suspects. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to University Maryland Shock Trauma with serious non-life threating injuries. The victim is in critical but stable condition at this time.
Witnesses describe the robber as a black man in his 50s, heavy set, and about 6’3” tall. They say he was wearing a ball cap, blue jeans, and a denim shirt. He was seen leaving the scene in an older model olive green Ford Explorer
Wicomico Sheriff Mike Lewis reports that on 26 August 2014 a deputy began an investigation into the theft of two weed trimmers and a blower off of a landscaping trailer parked at a business in the 31000 block of Winterplace Parkway.
The theft was captured on surveillance video and the next day a vehicle and suspect matching the description were stopped by a deputy on U.S. 13 northbound.

Secondly, he felt something going on inside he hadn’t expected or felt for years—a growing sense of injury, pain, injustice that’d been meted out to him, alongside a renewed sense of purpose. A feeling he’d forgotten.
The suspects and victim were roommates. The preliminary investigation reveals the three men got into an argument inside their apartment that turned violent and ultimately escalated to the murder.
