Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford Launches Heroin And Opioid Emergency Task Force Website

“The purpose of the website is to provide the public with information on who makes up our task force, the work they are doing, and how Marylanders can get involved with their efforts and participate in our regional summits,” said Paul Beatty, spokesman for the Lt. Governor. “We will hold a summit in each region of the state. Getting the public’s input on this crisis and hearing from people who have been affected by the disease of addiction is vital to the success of our task force.”
