Murder USA: The Rooster of Norris Road – Joseph Desales Thomas – Sought in Stabbing

GREAT MILLS, MD. — Joseph Desales Thomas, 51, of Great Mills is suspected by police of carving up a couple of his pals. The attempted murder took place at the Norris Road project just off Chancellors Run Road in Great Mills, Md.

Given his record at impregnating numerous women, at least four, according to court records, the sooner the cops find this guy and get him behind bars, the less of a danger to the taxpayers who have been paying to support his growing herd of kids roaming the hinterlands. Courts stopped forced sterilization decades ago therefore the only way to protect the taxpayers is to get this guy behind bars and hope he doesn’t knock up a jail guard such as takes place in the Maryland prisons in Baltimore.

Five-time DUI Driver Christopher Cotsford Crashed into home in Trailer Park; Gained Set of Teeth Marks from K-9 Hakan

LEXINGTON PARK, MD. – Police say that a man who stole a truck after trying to choke a person raced away from a patrol car on Great Mills Road and then crashed into the porch of mobile home in Lord Calvert Trailer Park in Great Mills.

The record of this five-time DUI driver stretches back for years in Maryland and spans three counties and four different States Attorneys and at least that many District Court and Circuit Court Judges. The list of the various encounters of Christopher Cotsford follows this latest DUI-fueled adventure.

St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that on January 21, 2015, at 8:18 PM, deputies responded to a residence in the 19000 block of Three Notch Road for a reported assault. While responding to the residence, the Emergency Communications Center, (ECC), advised the suspect identified as Christopher Lee Cotsford, 32, of Great Mills, allegedly stole a vehicle, 1997 Ford Explorer, and fled the scene.

Two former Sheriffs of St. Mary’s County have died in recent weeks

LEONARDTOWN, MD. – There are now two less St. Mary’s County Maryland Sheriff’s walking the earth.

Sheriff Wayne L. Pettit, who defeated incumbent Sheriff Joe Lee Somerville in the Democratic Primary in 1982 and won reelection twice more in 1986 and 1990 died on Nov. 21, 2014 and Sheriff Ben Burroughs who was elected in 1966 and served one term before being defeated by the late Sheriff Larry Williams in the Democratic Primary in 1970, died on Jan. 2, 2015.

Armold was charged with possession of drugs on April 25, 2013 but the charges were dropped by St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on June 27, 2013. Armold was represented by two Public Defenders, Michael Morgan and Gerald J. Riviello (at the expense of the taxpayers) and had been arrested by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy M. A. Labanowski. Ironically, while States Attorney Fritz was busy indicting Armold on drug charges on Sept. 10th, on Sept. 24, 2014 Fritz dropped charges of driving while suspended which had been placed against her on July 1, 2014 at 2:15 am by Maryland State Trooper Ditoto. The new distribution charge was placed against Armold by Deputy Labanowski, the same officer who had busted her in 2013.

Krenik initiated Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on the driver, Gregory Bertrand Gagnon, 49, of 28990 Shannon Court in Mechanicsville.
