Nolan was indicted by a St. Mary’s County Grand Jury on March 23, 2005, for armed robbery and was represented by David Densford, who now is a Circuit Court Judge. In a plea deal between Densford and Fritz, Nolan entered a guilty plea to one count of armed robbery while ten counts of use of a handgun in the commission of a violent crime, burglary, and armed robbery were all dropped.
In a plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on July 18, 2014, Bryant entered a guilty plea to drug distribution. The deal provided for 157 days in jail with all of the jail time suspended
A baby was beaten to death by her father, say investigators. Maryland State Police reports that homicide investigators arrested an Allegany County man on April 9, 2016, and charged him with the murder of his infant child.
MECHANICSVILLE, MD. – St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that detectives have charged Nathan Bailey, with abuse of an infant and dumping the injured baby off at a daycare center; the child is now in critical condition at Children’s Hospital in D.C.
