Southern Md. Police Beat / Mike Norfolk and Jonathan Lynch charged with assault and robbery when feigning interest in transaction

Two men that police say arrived at a home on Chisleytown Road in St. Inigoes in October, to purportedly make a purchase allegedly assaulted and robbed the victim before beating feet. Both have now been arrested but are unlikely to remain behind bars for long.
