Southern Md. Police Beat: Who lost the daggone food stamps credit card?

ST. INIGOES, MD. – St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that an argument over a lost welfare card resulted in fisticuffs and handcuffs.

According to the Sheriff, on July 20, 2015, Deputy Roszell responded to the 15000 block of Point Lookout Road in St. Inigoes, for a reported assault. The victim reported he was involved in an argument with a relative over a lost Independence card when he was assaulted by suspect Patrick Shawn Dowell, 25, of St. Inigoes.

Police say that on Saturday, September 27, 2014, at 7:20 PM, both suspects passed counterfeit money to pay for items at the Dunkin Donuts located at 30170 Three Notch Road.
