Metro News Beat: Montgomery Police charged sub teacher at three schools with sex offences

In October 2014 detectives from the Montgomery County Police, Special Victims Investigation Division began investigating allegations of a sex offense to a student at Roberto Clemente Middle School. On October 17, 2014, Jose Pineda, a substitute teacher for Montgomery County Public Schools was charged with one count of Third Degree Sex Offense. Since that arrest three more victims have come forward with similar allegations.
