While his Uber passengers were away from their residences, he would return to their vacant homes to steal various items. These incidents all occurred in a narrow timeframe during the night while the victims were away. The suspect snatched credit cards, computers, watches, cell phones, tablets, sunglasses, and other various items.

New Chesapeake Bay Bridge Study Underway for Southern Crossing

Governor Larry Hogan today announced the start of a study that will identify the location and explore potential funding options for a new Chesapeake Bay crossing. The $5 million “Tier 1 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)” Study, which was voted on and approved by the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Board last week, will begin this fall and take up to 48 months to complete.

The driver of the car, says Sgt. Clifford Dempsey, has been identified as 36-year-old Michelle Small of Wyoming, Delaware. She was arrested and later taken to Beebe Hospital, treated, released and charged with DUI and related traffic charges.
