GREAT MILLS, MD. — Joseph Desales Thomas, 51, of Great Mills is suspected by police of carving up a couple of his pals. The attempted murder took place at the Norris Road project just off Chancellors Run Road in Great Mills, Md.

Given his record at impregnating numerous women, at least four, according to court records, the sooner the cops find this guy and get him behind bars, the less of a danger to the taxpayers who have been paying to support his growing herd of kids roaming the hinterlands. Courts stopped forced sterilization decades ago therefore the only way to protect the taxpayers is to get this guy behind bars and hope he doesn’t knock up a jail guard such as takes place in the Maryland prisons in Baltimore.

According to the affidavit supporting the complaint, on February 2, 2015, his wife who works in Senate Chaplin’s Office in the U.S. Capitol Building reported to U.S. Capitol Police that earlier in the day, the employee had received text messages from Bogoslavski stating that he was planning to come to the employee’s work place with guns and shoot the employee and others. While his wife was speaking with the Capitol Police, Bogoslavski called the employee’s cell phone and made additional threats to shoot others, and “to die suicide by cop.”

Police also found evidence of recent heroin use in plain view inside Nichols’ apartment. A depressed syringe was found on top of a desk within an arm’s length of Nichols’ body. A needle mark was on Nichols’ arm. An open plastic bag containing an off-white powder was found on the kitchen counter. The substance was later tested and found to contain heroin. An autopsy confirmed that Nichols had injected heroin and subsequently died as a result of acute heroin intoxication.

On one occasion, Mihlon enticed a 15 year old juvenile victim living in Oregon to produce at least five images of her naked, with one image depicting her engaged in a sex act.
