MURDER USA: Facebook live stabbing, murder updates, illegal possession of guns by hoodlums on the streets of Baltimore

Samuel Cooper charged with July 1, 2017, murder of Lewis Cody Dorsey.  Police Spokesman T. J. Smith: “…this was a targeted incident… Dorsey was not the intended target. Cooper is in custody now on another crime and will be served with a warrant for murder later today (on July 17, 2017).  Chief Smith: “we know these suspects are involved in other crimes. We are working to get them off the streets. They were involved in carjackings. They were targeting this vehicle, this was not a random crime on anyone who pulled up to that gas station. Unfortunately, Cody Dorsey was in the car at that time.”
