FAIRFAX CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:   DUI Arrests for May 10, 2017

  • Fairfax Boulevard / University Drive – On May 10 at 1:58 AM an officer who had conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle observed being operated erratically determined that the driver was intoxicated. Kemal Emek Dinc, 28, of 9760 Main Street, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

    Main Street / Chain Bridge Road – On May 5 at 11:20 PM officers investigating a vehicle crash determined that the driver involved was intoxicated. Meghann Forshey, 26, of 11337 Westbrook Mill Lane, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol — second offense within five years.

  • 9600 Block of Fairfax Boulevard – On May 6 at 2:37 AM an officer who had conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated in excess of the speed limit and with a flat tire determined that the driver was intoxicated. Sarah Nicole Jenkins, 19, of 4450 Rivanna River Road, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Maple Street / Oakwood Street – On April 20 at 10:08 PM an officer who had conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle he had observed being operated erratically determined that the driver was intoxicated. James Tobias, 46, of 4321 Andes Drive, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal of blood/breath test.
  • 4315 Block of Chain Bridge Road – On April 2 at 1:56 AM an officer responding to a report of a male subject asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle stopped at a stop sign determined that the driver was intoxicated. Julian Danzell Lee, 23, of 128 Copper Beech Drive, Indiana, Pennsylvania, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Fairfax Boulevard / Stafford Drive – On March 31 at 1:22 AM an officer who had conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for following too closely determined that the driver was intoxicated. Mohammed Tahir Zamoni, 22, of 6812 Brisbane Street, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and ordered to be released on personal recognizance.
  • 9808 Fairfax Boulevard / PJ Skidoos Parking Lot – On March 22 at 12:54 AM an officer investigating a three-vehicle crash in the parking lot determined that one of the drivers involved was intoxicated. Amanda Leigh Peters, 22, of 4711 Pickett Road, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and her bond was set at $1500.
  • Fairfax Boulevard / Draper Drive – On March 17 at 1:14 AM an officer who had conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding determined that the driver was intoxicated. Frankie Maurice Craddock, 22, of 9819 Pebble Weigh Court, Burke, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Chain Bridge Road / North Street – On February 18 at 8:09 PM an officer investigating a traffic crash determined that one of the drivers involved was intoxicated. Kwan Sun Chon, 58, of 5276 Bragden Court, Springfield, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and his bond was set at $3000.
  • Chain Bridge Road / Orchard Street – On February 15 at 9:02 PM an officer who had conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle he had observed violating a red turn arrow determined that the driver was intoxicated. Anthony Michael Jenkins, 26, of 7309 James Madison Highway, Gainesville, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol—subsequent offense and issued citations for open container/drinking while driving and for red light violation. His bond was set at $2500.
