Brewer was indicted in Prince George’s County on Aug. 18, 2015, on six criminal counts including attempted murder, assault, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, reckless endangerment and carrying a weapon with the intent to injure. A plea deal was cooked up with Prince Georges County States Attorney Angela Alsobrooks that allowed Brewer to plea guilty to the lesser charge of second-degree assault in return for a sentence of ten years in prison with all but 221 days suspended and credit given for time served. Brewer was then given probation for five years which he violated on April 1, 2016, and a warrant for his arrest was ordered by Judge Lamasney.

The Alice In Wonderland Judicial System in PG County found that Brewer was once again picked up and brought before a Judge on Dec. 12, 2016, and allowed to be set free on bond pending a new hearing.

Now that he is arrested again, he might rate a room at the Hotel Upper Marlboro. Maybe.
