St. Mary’s Sheriff Police Beat / Mother of the Year Crystal Ann Hebb Snorts and Drives Baby Around Town, say Cops
LEXINGTON PARK, MD. — St. Mary’s Sheriff Narco Commander Capt. Daniel Alioto reports on another criminal act allegedly perpetrated by a member of the growing Druggie Nation of St. Mary’s County.
Capt. Alioto reports that Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics detectives observed a female, later identified as Crystal Ann Hebb, 27, of 48215 Terrace Road, Lexington Park, Md., seated inside of her vehicle in the parking lot of a local gas station. Hebb is also known by the alias of Crystal Ann Coontz.
Detectives watched as she crushed pills, rolled a dollar bill and quickly ingested the crushed “oxycodone”. She was preparing to drive the vehicle when detectives detained her. It was at that time the detectives observed a 2-year-old child in the rear seat.

She was found in possession of two one dollar bills with suspected “oxycodone” residue and 39 “oxycodone” pills (Street Value of $390.00) which were prescribed to someone other than her.
A check of the vehicle’s registration revealed the validation tab was stolen from another vehicle. Police report that Hebb was arrested by Jean Vezzosi and charged accordingly. Detectives notified the Department of Child Protective Services for a follow-up investigation which may result in the child being removed from Hebb’s custody.
Hebb was cited for driving without a license and registration in St. Mary’s County and the cases were put on the Stet Docket and was charged in Charles County with drug possession.
