DWI HIT PARADE: Howard County Police rounded up 11 DWI drivers on Dec. 4, 2016
COLUMBIA, MD. — The Howard County Police Department reports that officers conducted an impaired driving enforcement detail over the first weekend in December, resulting in the arrest of 11 impaired drivers.
The detail supplemented normal patrol staffing and was funded by a grant from the
Maryland Highway Safety Office.
The following drivers were arrested and charged with driving under the influence:
Kevin R. McHale, 22, of Columbia
Kaia Johnson, 25, of Brooklyn
Ometriss D. Rich, 26, of Baltimore
William J. Rich Sr., 59, of Catonsville
Takirah D. Mitchell, 29, of Jessup
Travis W. Herren, 28, of Arbutus
Ramon M. Perea, 24, of Columbia
Jon D. Hermann, 32, of Elkridge
Archibald N. Stewart, 50, of Germantown
Matthew F. Schuyler, 20, of Taneytown
Kevin R. Jennings Jr., 32, of Randallstown
Police remind citizens to always designate a sober driver or refrain from drinking alcohol if they will be driving. If you see a suspected impaired driver on the road, please call 911.
