DWI HIT PARADE: Boozing Bozo P G Councilman Jamel Franklin Busted for DUI; crashed and walked away from his official county SUV

UPPER MARLBORO – Why the Banana Republic of Prince Georges County Md. provides official vehicle for elected official is mindboggling and just another example of a swamp that needs to be drained. But in Liberal Prince Georges County the voters are getting exactly what they voted for – dimwits who believe the law does not apply to them. Council Member Jamel Ramon Franklin of 12115 Sand Wedge Lane Upper Marlboro Md.

Trooper N Murray contacted the man and identified him as the driver of the Ford Explorer.  He was identified as Prince Georges County Councilman Jamel Ramon “Mel”. Franklin, 40, of Upper Marlboro.  The Ford Explorer was registered to Prince George’s County.
