St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron sending out full deployment of deputies for Black Friday shoplifters
LEONARDTOWN, MD. — Area shoplifters might find easier pickings in Waldorf on Black Friday as St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that on Friday, November 27, 2015, the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office will be out in full force beginning with a roll call in the Walmart parking lot located in California, MD.
Sheriff Cameron and the men and women of the St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Department will have an increased presence in around shopping areas, on roadways, and in the neighboring communities to ensure St. Mary’s County Shoppers are safe during this year’s shopping season.
Street muggings and armed robberies have been committed more frequently in the Lexington Park and California, Md. shopping areas in recent years.
