Murder USA: Jealous Ex-Lover Miguel Angel Rodriguez-Gaona Charged with Murder of New Boyfriend

GERMANTOWN, MD. – The accused perpetrator in a Germantown murder may have “Angel” as his middle name but on August 11, 2015, police say that the devil in him was revealed when he murdered his former girl-friend’s new lover.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department-Major Crimes Division have arrested Miguel Angel Rodriguez-Gaona, age 36, of N Summit Drive in Gaithersburg, and have charged him with first-degree murder for the homicide of William Palacios

In this incident it is alleged that Mancia lost control of his vehicle on Pemberton Drive causing it to flip over. Upon the arrival of the deputy to the overturned vehicle, Mancia had left the scene. Approximately two hours later Mancia turned up at PRMC at which point the deputy met with him and determined that Mancia appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
