DOVER, DEL. – Another gunman has been charged with murder in the City of Dover, according to Cpl. Mark Hoffman of the Dover Police. Charged with murder in the first degree is Erick Morton, 29, of Magnolia, Del.

On 7-15-15, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Beverly Romaine Fountain, 52, of Princess Anne Maryland with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash. The charge stemmed from a hit and run crash investigation that occurred at the Mt Carmel Baptist Church located at 30683 Hampden Avenue. Investigation revealed that Fountain was driving a vehicle when she collided into a vehicle that was parked along Hampden Avenue in front of the church
MARDELA SPRINGS, MD. — Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis reports the arrest of two men who managed to smile for the camera when they broke into a home. The advent of inexpensive cameras for use at catching nannies smacking kids or deer walking on trails is also spreading to homes everywhere that burglars like to rob.
Prince George’s Police report that a suspect this week should be seeking redemption. He wore a shirt with the word “redemption” when he committed an armed robbery at an Oxon Hill cell phone store. On Monday, he walked into the store in the 5100 block of Indian Head Highway at about 10:15 am, displayed a gun and demanded cash. No one was hurt in the robbery. During the Iginla investigation, law enforcement became aware of a related investigation, originally initiated by the Baltimore County Police Department, regarding a fraud allegedly perpetrated by Oladokun, Towobola and others, which involved the re-encoding of victims’ debit card account numbers and the purchasing of money orders using PII stolen as a result of the Target Store data breach which occurred during November and December 2013.
OWINGS MILLS, MD. – One District woman apparently decided she wasn’t going to be used and abused, placed outside like yesterday’s newspaper, dumped by her beau. Instead, after getting the news that their time together was done she would pay one last visit to the guy who dumped her and when she did, the cops say she brought gasoline and a lighter.
ST. INIGOES, MD. – St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that an argument over a lost welfare card resulted in fisticuffs and handcuffs.
According to the Sheriff, on July 20, 2015, Deputy Roszell responded to the 15000 block of Point Lookout Road in St. Inigoes, for a reported assault. The victim reported he was involved in an argument with a relative over a lost Independence card when he was assaulted by suspect Patrick Shawn Dowell, 25, of St. Inigoes.
