Saaga ultimately returned to the U.S. to face multiple wire fraud and money laundering charges for schemes that resulted in more than $700,000 in losses. He was indicted in May 2014. Among his scams:

Operation “Growing Pains” officially began in February of this year and focused more on the younger demographic abusing drugs in our community rather than specific drugs. Through the course of the operation undercover detectives conducted dealings involving cocaine, LSD, psilocybin, pharmaceutical pills, marijuana and concentrated marijuana “wax”. As a result, detectives obtained warrants for 26 individuals, 19 of which are now in custody. In addition to the arrests, detectives also executed search warrants at 4 different target locations.
As the pursuit continued east on Route 460 near the Town of Windsor, the fleeing felon Futrell crashed into an Acura SUV, abandon his vehicle, fleeing on foot. Futrell fled to a nearby wrecker company where he stole a tow truck. Troopers terminated the pursuit to render assistance to the driver and passenger of the Acura SUV.
The initial investigation into the incident has indicated that there had been a fight on the parking lot. During the fight, an unknown suspect opened fire into the crowd, striking the victim multiple times in the mid-body. The victim then got into a car and fled the scene.
The Sheriff identified the teacher, Kelly Riddle, 32, of Salisbury, who allegedly sent frequent text messages to the juvenile that were interpreted as expressing love and affection. During the investigation it was revealed that the messaging had been ongoing for over eleven months between the teacher and student.
During the course of the investigation, investigators from Criminal Enforcement Division learned that Mills began having sexual intercourse with a juvenile during the summer of 2014. In addition, it was learned that Mills was also having sexual intercourse with an additional juvenile starting in March 2015.
Police say that they responded to the scene of a shooting in the northbound lanes of 295 at Exit 1 at 8:51 am on May 28, 2015 and found two adult males suffering from gunshots. Since one man was dead at the scene, only the injured man was taken to a hospital.
Arrests are down 50% and it seems that the police force is being very careful in how it reacts to crime. Rather than patrol and possibly prevent crime, it seems that the police force has decided to wait until a crime occurs and then appear. Last weekend was the worst crime spree in this century for Baltimore.
Overnight Homicide: 800 block of W Fayette St. An adult male was shot at the location and has died.
