The investigation into this case is continuing, however, foul play is not suspected.

With witnesses clearly stating that the person had jumped off the bridge and wasn’t pushed; it will be interesting to learn if the Delaware State Police can justify shutting down a major highway and bridge for two hours.

The body wasn’t on the bridge, there was no culprit, the body was already discovered below on the rocks, yet the State Police closed the highway for two hours!  That’s it folks, from their own statement released to the public.
