Maryland State Police report DUI arrests for Jan. 2015: cabs cheap, lawyers need your money

Virginia State Police say Juan W. Flores Orellana was driving too fast for icy roads when he crashed and died. The troopers investigation revealed that a 2006 Ford Econoline van was traveling south on Interstate 295 at a speed that was unsafe for road conditions when the vehicle ran off the road to the right and struck a tree.
On March 4 (Wednesday) at approximately 12:09 p.m., State Police responded to a call of a shooting on Interstate 95 near the 32 mile marker in Sussex County. A 2006 Freightliner tractor-trailer and a 2015 Subaru Outback were headed north on I-95 when the drivers began engaging with one another. Their behavior progressed to the point of the Subaru driving down the right shoulder, pulling up alongside the tractor-trailer and its driver shooting at the tractor-trailer
At that time, the accused attempted sexual contact with a female dog, identified as a Husky/Lab mix, also owned by the accused. Around the same time, the accused also filmed other acts with animals committed in other jurisdictions and distributed them over the internet from a computer at his home. A search warrant was obtained and executed at the home at that time. As a result of the search, evidence and both dogs were located in the residence. The dogs were seized and examined by a veterinarian
