Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office reports the following: Arrests Made, February 2, 2015 – February 8, 2015
Theft
On 2/7/15, Deputy Durbin arrested Keith Antoine Morgan, 46 from North Chesterfield at Ross located in the 9700 Block of Jefferson Davis Hwy for Larceny and two outstanding warrants from Chesterfield County.
On 2/7/15, Deputy Durbin released Hollie Marie Holmes, 18 from Stafford on a summons for Shoplifting at Belk located in the 3100 Block of Plank Road.
On 2/7/15, Deputy Drewry released Devin Kristopher Ross, 20 from Spotsylvania on a summons for Shoplifting at the Giant located in the 10300 Block of Courthouse Road.
On 2/3/15, Senior Deputy Green arrested Kendra Franklin, 27 of Spotsylvania for felony Embezzlement from the Fas-Mart at Battlefield.
Assault
On 2/8/15, Deputy M. Jones arrested Jamil Hurley, 30 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Preventing a 911 Emergency Call on Sunburst Lane.
DUI
On 2/8/15, Sr. Deputy H. Vasquez arrested Justin Boarman, 30 of South Carolina for DUI and Refusal at 7-11, Gordon Rd.
On 2/8/15, 1st Sgt. M. Woodard arrested Jennifer Herring, 40 of Ruther Glen for DUI after he observed a suspicious vehicle near Hard Times.
On 2/8/15, Sergeant Assur arrested Grigore Timis, 25 of Spotsylvania for DUI, Unreasonable Refusal, and Illegal Window Tint resulting from a traffic stop on Old Plank Rd.
On 2/4/15, Deputy Myrick arrested Stephanie Ellis, 22, of Spotsylvania for DUI as the result of a traffic stop.
On 2/3/15, Deputy Durbin arrested David Allen Stoddard, 25, from Spotsylvania for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at the Lake Anna Market in the 5000 Block of Courthouse Road.
On 2/2/15, Deputy Jones arrested Mindi Schaefer, 36, of Spotsylvania for DUI. Schaefer was stopped for failing to stop at a red light.
Narcotics
On 2/8/15, Sr. Deputy D. Myrick charged Chaz Robinson, 25, of Fredericksburg with Possession of Marijuana and Driving Suspended at Food Lion on Spotsylvania Ave.
On 2/8/15, Sr. Deputy D. Myrick charged Heather Martin, 25, of Spotsylvania with Obstruction of Justice, Possession of Marijuana, Driving Suspended and Defective Exhaust at WAWA Breezewood.
On 2/7/15, 1st Sgt. M. Woodard arrested Brando Braxton, 22 of Stafford for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ronal Smallwood, 21 of Stafford was released on a summons for Possession of Marijuana. The incident took place at 3000 Lee Dr. Extended.
On 2/2/15, Deputy C. Smeal located a suspicious vehicle near Riverbend baseball fields. During the course of his investigation, Joia Coleman, 22 of Spotsylvania was released on a summons for Possession of Marijuana.
On 2/2/15, Deputy Vasquez conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for running a red light. Deputy Vasquez released David Russell 25 year old black male of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana.
Arrests
On 2/8/15, Deputy Jeffries arrested Kyjuan Trott, 35 from Woodbridge in the 10000 Block of Courthouse Road for Felon in Possession of a Concealed Weapon.
On 2/8/15, Sergeant Assur arrested China Coleman, 27 of Spotsylvania for Driving Revoked on Post Oak Rd.
On 2/4/15, Detectives arrested Jay Nesmith, 57 of Spotsylvania for Indecent Liberties with a Child in a Custodial Role.
On 2/2/15, Deputy Griffith arrested Heather Christina Beasely, 25 for Drunk In Public. Heather is a resident of Spotsylvania County.
