Persons in the apartment told police that the woman had been drinking.

The woman was transported to St. Joseph Medical Center where she was later declared deceased. She has been identified as 18-year-old Julia Margaret Ratnaraj of the 100 block of Quail Hollow Drive 08080.

Julia Margaret Ratnaraj’s body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy. That autopsy will determine the cause and manner of death.

Ratnaraj was a graduate of Washington Township High School in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

When Fire Department personnel arrived on the scene, they found an unresponsive 18-year-old woman. Persons in the apartment told police that the woman had been drinking.
