FORT WASHINGTON, MD. – 06/19/2014 — The Prince George’s County Police Department is asking for our community’s help in identifying this suspect. He is wanted for a bank robbery in Fort Washington. He is also believed to be the same suspect who robbed a bank in Camp Springs on May 29, 2014.
On June 18, 2014, at about 2:00 pm, the man walked into a bank in the 9400 block of Livingston Road. He walked up to a teller and passed a note demanding money. The frightened teller complied. The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Anyone with information on this investigation is asked to call the CID/Robbery Unit at 301-772-4905. Callers can remain anonymous by calling CRIME SOLVERS at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
Given the high salaries paid to Redskins players, this bank robber is likely just a fan, perhaps getting together the money he needs to pay for his season tickets.
