Frederick Police Charge Two in Heroin Sales Scheme

Packett and Dussol were placed under arrest after a search of the vehicle revealed a quantity of heroin in the vehicle, along with needles and other paraphernalia. Packett and Dussol were transported to Frederick County Central Booking where they are awaiting an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.

Feds indict four for fraud in bribe scheme of Post Office honchos

Finally, the indictment seeks forfeiture of any proceeds obtained directly or indirectly, as the result of the scheme, including: $591,791 for Wright; $50,470 for Parnell; $30,455 for Anderson; and $109,976 for Sketers-Anderson.
The defendants face a maximum sentence of five years in prison for the conspiracy and 15 years in prison for each count of bribery. No court appearances have been scheduled for the defendants.
