LEONARDTOWN – Maryland State Police report that on Monday, September 24, 2013 at 11:41 am, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant on Timberly Ann Ricker, 27, of Leonardtown.
The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on September 20, 2013. Ms. Ricker was located at a residence at the 41000 block of Norris Street, Leonardtown, MD. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
Ricker has been stopped and charged by police in four counties, on charges of driving while suspended, as well as various traffic charges such as speeding or running red lights, according to court records.

Warrant Service – On Monday, September Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 2:45 pm, TFC J. Hardesty served a Bench Warrant on Deborah Lorraine Evans, 59, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Driving on a Suspended License on September 4, 2013. Ms. Evans turned herself in at the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (1382009410)

MECHANICSVILLE – On Tuesday, September 25, 2013 at 4:05 pm, Tpr. M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant on Jeremy Donald Overby, 22, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Possession of CDS not Marijuana on September 24, 2013. Mr. Overby turned himself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

Homewrecker, say cops
LEXINGTON PARK – Maryland State Police in Leonardtown report that on Wednesday, September 26, 2013 at 11:58 pm, TFC E. Reuschling responded to the 45000 block of Oregon Way, Lexington Park, Maryland for a reported Property Destruction. Investigation revealed, Amanda Lynn Norris, 25, of Lexington Park caused property damage to a residence. Ms. Norris was arrested and transported to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. She was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property and released from the Leonardtown Barrack.
